Beau Damion is a producer and creative technologist who builds music the way most people build memories: layered, emotive, and always in motion. Classically trained but shaped by the electronic underground, Beau started releasing music in the mid-2000s and developed a reputation for blending genres and rethinking how electronic performance could work.

For years he toured, performing with custom software, real-time visuals, and controllers he programmed, creating shows that sat somewhere between DJ set and live improvisation. His label Xpel Muzik became a home for boundary-pushing artists across house and progressive styles, and his own work has appeared on labels from the US, UK, and beyond.

Today Beau creates primarily under his Japan-based @projectdai (ダイ), a space built for experimentation with genre, software, and new audio workflows. The project acts as a outlet and creative playground, shifting between Vocaloid, Synthesizer V, and Beau’s own production techniques.

Beau’s work continues to evolve, but the through-line remains the same: curiosity, emotion, and a drive to create something honest.

Sound Symposium is an international festival of new and exploratory music and sound art held every two years in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.

For over 40 years Sound Symposium has brought musicians, composers, sound artists, performers, audio craftspersons, and academics to Canada's east coast to perform, collaborate and explore SOUND. 

It is world famous for its Harbour Symphony which is scored music performed on ships’ horns berthed in St. John’s Harbour with its naturally shaped amphitheatre lay-out.

Absent Cleric is the solo recording moniker of Ian Warner, one half of the musique-concrète duo Truant Monks. The tracks collected here are a holding pattern of one-take sketches.

ASERET is a Berlin-based project dedicated to Dark Ambient-Drone Music as a Composer and Live Performer.
The purpose of his works is to bring back to the foreground the human value of each person, giving him, through music, a chance to identify himself and reconsider his own spaces in contrast with an increasingly hectic world.
