A Detroit native whose move to Berlin was ahead of its time, for the last four years Shaun Reeves has been enthralling European audiences with his own highly distinctive mixture of American house, both classic and contemporary, and the deepest, most cutting edge aspects of minimal techno and tech-house. In addition to playing in Berlin’s celebrated Panorama Bar, Watergate, Arena Club, and the legendary Beatstreet loft parties, he has appeared in Robert Johnson (Frankfurt), T-Bar (London), Wolf + Lamb (NYC), Bunker (NYC), End Up (San Francisco), Cocoliche (Buenos Aires), La Sala (Bogota), Harry Klein (Munich), and many other clubs and parties in Europe, North and South America.  While searching deep in the back catalog of house and techno for forgotten tracks that sound decidedly fresh and exciting, Shaun remains committed to pushing all genres of dance music forward. His is music not just for the dance floor, but also for the body, soul…and brain. As the recent resurgence of interest in the border between house and techno makes all too clear, Shaun has always been one to set musical trends rather than follow them.  Best known for his collaborative work as Uli Kunkel and with Miss Fitz, Shaun has recently been working with fellow Detroit-native Seth Troxler, a collaboration that will appear on Raum, as well as with Argentina’s Dilo. Recently he has begun to produce on his own, crafting elegant house music that has learned from the best aspects of minimal, but bringing back an element of emotional depth often lacking from that genre. And as friends and family know, Shaun’s re-edits are highly sought after by DJs and music lovers, often stripping the music to its barest elements but in the process bringing out a depth and complexity lacking in the original. Over the past 5 years Nottingham born, Munich based INXEC has been carving out a reputation as one of the most innovative producers in house and techno. With his tracks getting hammered by the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Luciano and many more, its not hard to see why INXEC is in such high demand both in the studio and behind the decks.

Born in the early 80ís Chris Sylvester aka INXEC's first foray in music production came in the unlikely form of the playstation. However it wasnít long before he moved onto more advanced software and by the early 2000ís was releasing prog edged house music for labels such as Renaissance & Distinctive under the guise Sound Alliance. Fast forward to 2003 and the burgeoning techno sound had bitten Chris, who by that time was playing regularly at venues across the UK, such as The Bomb & Stealth. By 2005 his production talents were honed to the extent that Jay Haze signed him to the much-converted Contexterrior label, and Chris proceeded to produce a string a highly acclaimed EPís for the label, which brought him huge recognition within the techno scene and beyond.

A string of high profile remixes were to follow, massive labels like Yoshitoshi, Cr2, Tuning Spork, Renaissance, Greatstuff, Kismet, Saved, Esperanza and many more, as well as a highly acclaimed string of collaborations with long term friend Matt Tolfrey. Fast forward to 2009 and Chrisís production talents were picked up by the worlds biggest techno label Cocoon, which has helped catapult the Inxec name into the upper stratosphere of the house and techno community. During the last 4 years Chrisís constant dj gigs and touring has seen him play some of the worlds most prestigious clubs including Fabric, The Cross, London, Watergate Berlin, Minimal Hospital in Italy, as well as a much lauded residency at Harry Klien in Munich, which sees him grace the decks at least once a month where touring permits.

With more hit releases and remixes on their way as well as tour of the USA, its clear that INXECís star is firmly in the ascendance.

John Johr’s career as a DJ began in 1999 after drawing inspiration from the sounds of early Detroit Techno and House. His sets today strike an artistic balance that blends a fusion of house, tech house, minimal, and Detroit techno; a quality that was directly shaped by his occupation as record purchaser for Detroit’s famed Record Time. John’s status in the electronic music scene began to rise when he produced Input/Output; one of Detroit’s longest running weekly electronic music events. As host of the popular weekly series, John showcased veteran and emerging international talents such as Blake Baxter, Mike Huckaby, Dan Bell, John Tejada, Seth Troxler, and Ryan Crosson.


In 2005 John took up residency with Paxahau and became one of a select group of DJs to represent the promotional powerhouse behind the decks. His residency with Paxahau further propelled his career and gave him the opportunity to share his talents at shows in Chicago, Cleveland, San Francisco, Miami, Austin, Los Angeles, and Toronto. He also has played the Movement Electronic Music Festival three times in the last five years. As well John opened for headlining acts such as Steve Bug, Marco Carola, Cassy, Loco Dice, Marc Houle, Damian Lazarus, and Richie Hawtin and many other world class dj's and producers.


In the fall of 2009 John went overseas for his first tour of Europe. His sounds brought much acclaim and earned him a new fan base after performing in Berlin, Munich, and Zurich at popular venues such as Watergate, Club Der Visionare, and Cityfox @ Alte Borse.


2009 also landed John a spot on the roster of the upstart US based booking agency... Bonus Level Booking (www.bonuslevel.us) His burgeoning talents in the studio will also be on showcase as he is slated for his first release on Left’d—the UK based digital sub label of Leftroom.
