Throughout his career, Kingsley has been at the center of countless deals in Music, Film, TV, and Sports. Additional areas of focus are on emerging technologies such as AI/VR/AR/XR, and how they will impact business deals of the future.

Matthew began his career with Paxahau Events in 2004, moving on to start his own music talent agency focusing on electronic dance music acts in 2008. In 2011, he co-founded the North and South American expansion of the Rebel Agency, which then merged with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in 2013. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Business Management and Communication.
