One of Detroits most prolific & diverse composers/musicians & selectors of our time. Ranging from Deep House, Funk to New Age to Jazz to R&B & beyond all while maintaining a signature sound that is thought provoking, cinematic & slightly melancholic. 

Having been making music since the age of 11 having his musical gene passed down to him from his late father who was a drummer for the great George Clinton, Jay is constantly raising the bar in quality underground contemporary music. Having his records played/shared by various musical titans like Steven Julian, Space Ghost, Mr. Redley, Stefan Ringer & even the great Dam-Funk.

Having been a selector of music for over 10yrs spinning globally from Japan to LA to Canada to Denmark. Jay has made major waves & blessed multiple radio stations from the likes of Balamii, NTS, Dublab to Apron. Known for his extensive depth of musical knowledge from a heavy background in Street Dance, from multiple genres within Open Format, Jay can bring the floor to life within most underground genres from Deep House, Broken Beat to Funk.
