when I started this song around 6 months ago it was just to practice my melodic style and to get better with writing. I had no idea it would turn out this way. I recently lost my dog a little while back, and she was one of my best friends. When I sampled her barking in the song I didn’t have much of a reason behind it, but it has given this song a completely new meaning to me. I like to pretend she’s still here sometimes. Though I never could’ve planned it to turn out this way I’m so glad it did, and forever grateful to my best friend rquny for being here for me, and helping me make this song beautiful in honor of my other best friend.

my uncle passed away recently and the original of this flip was his favorite song, i remember i would always listen and dance to it with him when he would pick me up from school and we would play games until my mom came home from work. i miss him so much and this is my tribute to him. he was the only person in my family to support my choice of trying to become an edm artist.
