During times of Crisis, Trust gets us through difficult times. Yet the growing Distrust reveals something much deeper we feel about ourselves and the Universe in general.

Energy Update - October 2020: The Conscious / Spiritual Movement & the Shadow

Often we get feeling run-down or overwhelmed in life and then it can be difficult to go out and do the things we need to do each day. Something as simple as going grocery shopping or visiting our parents, friends and loved ones may be challenging when in a weakened state. Your AURA is like your skin “shield” energetically speaking. The AURA should be kept strong through your daily practice of deep breathing and Energy Centre development.
