Polymetric structures over pink noise and co-opted speech samples that describe life-changing shifts, journeys through portals, nightmares & dreamscapes. Pounding energy with melodic lines that appear like strange beacons, pointing from one gateway to another. 

Ryan V. Hays and Danny Shaddick are Bad Gateway. They put out their first singles in February 2020 with ORO Records, and recently self-released their first album ‘Bombers’. Live sets have been performed in Toronto, at Frequencies, and featured on Rebel Mix, Human Resources, Sonja and Friends, Nachtlawaai, and PonyHaus (August 2021).
