Bio:

Whithe, an electronic musician from Slovakia, Bratislava, stands at the forefront of the Slovak electronic music scene, crafting immersive and experimental ambient/dance tracks with a distinctive touch of analog equipment. Since the inception of his career, Whithe has traversed a sonic landscape that spans from captivating soundscapes to the more concrete and club-oriented sounds of contemporary techno and future garage.

His musical journey began in 2015 when he participated in the Redbull Bass Music Academy in Prague, an experience that opened the door to the realm of professional music production. Whithe's dedication to his craft has led him to collaborate with renowned labels such as Mango Alley, Insight Music, Imminent and Nama Recordings, showcasing the global appeal of his unique sound.

Noteworthy milestones mark Whithe's trajectory, including a pivotal tour in 2017 alongside Fjordwalker, followed by a successful second tour in 2018 with Jimmy Pé and Bulp.

The year 2024 holds special significance as Whithe gears up for the release of his highly anticipated debut album, promising an exploration of new musical realms. His "Accidents EP," received acclaim from critics, hailed as a globally resonant piece of work. One of the tracks, "Mistakes," secured a coveted spot on the renowned YouTube channel MrSuicidesheep, further solidifying Whithe's position in the electronic music landscape. 
Throughout his career, Whithe has had the privilege of supporting acclaimed artists such as Kiasmos, HVOB, and Vitalic, showcasing his versatility and prowess as both a producer and performer. His influence extends beyond the studio, as he has also held the position of resident DJ at the esteemed Subclub in Bratislava, curating unforgettable nights for electronic music enthusiasts.

Inspired by bands such as Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Karnivool, and infusing grooving riffs with orchestral arrangements to round out their sound, the music of Socionic flows from brutal to beautiful as it bends the genres of progressive, metal, rock and ambient to fervently carry a message that moves the mind.  The Los Angeles based quartet further divulges their identity through other mediums, eliciting symbolic artwork, video, and prose to fully express and explore the depths of their creative journey.

Recently wrapping production on their new crowd funded and self produced album “Dividing Horizon”, the band is expanding their live show production and moving to the performance phase to promote the November 12th release.  Their return to stage was marked by a packed house performance at The Glass House in Pomona as main support for Nothing More, and is being followed by a pair of performances at The Viper Room alongside members of TOOL, Kyuss and Fu Manchu to celebrate the new release.

The group has already garnered favorable reactions from the press with Music Connection Magazine rating their debut EP "Identity" in their Top 25 New Music Critiques of the year, citing: "Stellar performances, rich production and an ability to craft multi-level tunes that would improve any sci-fi/horror soundtrack."  In their review of the recent album release show at The Viper Room, Metal Assault stated: “[Socionic] put on a performance that completely floored a packed house and emphatically exceeded the expectations of even their longtime fans in attendance. ...This was the heaviest set I’ve ever witnessed by anyone at the Viper Room, and I have been to a lot of shows here ...An unbelievably supreme performance, one that left the audience stunned and overwhelmed.”
