From the pulsating energy of a young b-boy to the visionary realm of AI-driven artistry, Ben’s journey with music is a testament to passion’s power to transcend limits. Born in the rhythm of breakdancing, inspired by his older brother Jonny Rocka, Ben discovered music as a language of freedom. Jonny’s electrifying moves and love for hip-hop culture opened a portal to a world where beats told stories, and bodies became instruments of expression. Though asthma threatened to silence his physical dance, Ben refused to let it mute his connection to music—pushing through breathless moments to chase the high of movement.  

But adolescence brought storms. During high school, a fog of depression dimmed Ben’s drive to dance, leaving him adrift. Yet even in the shadows, music pulsed like a heartbeat. No longer able to express himself through his body, he turned to his mind and soul. With nothing but curiosity and a smartphone, he began experimenting with music apps, layering sounds like a digital alchemist. Though he lacked formal training, a singer’s voice, or the lungs to sustain a melody, Ben embraced imperfection. “The music didn’t care about my limits,” he recalls. “It just asked me to *create*.”  

Then came the revelation: AI music generators. For Ben, it was a lightning strike. Suddenly, technology became a collaborator, translating raw emotion into soundscapes. He could weave lyrics about his struggles, shape instrumentals to mirror his joy, and craft songs that felt like mirrors of his life. “AI isn’t about replacing artists,” he explains. “It’s a bridge—a way for people like me, who’ve always felt on the outside of ‘talent,’ to step into the light.”  

Through this fusion of human grit and machine precision, Ben found healing. Songs became therapy sessions; melodies turned into maps of his resilience. That’s why I keep going.”
