hii, thought id share a couple edits as its been far too long since ive actually released smth new; literal tons of unreleased stuff waiting in line, taking forever to finalise anything so might as well post this. I don't usually do remixes or anything but I love these originals and have being having fun adding synths and stuff even if maybe only simple.

these songs will eventually be part of a full project series with heaps more edits but I js wanna finally share something yk. planning to re-release my 4 albums on the new label Sublime Dubgrime, hopefully get them on spotify as well, then I'll finally be able to release my 5th album 'A Lonely Hope' after 3 years, my proudest work so far. plus also more from my alias Brandish Beatz.

I'll try keep you updated but honestly irl stuff has been in the way of thinking for my release schedules and posting to social media isnt natural for me anymore, im trying to keep the visions though and as much as I want albums done I wanna make sure everythings perfect.

Hi! I'm Brandon and have been using FL Studio since April 2018 when I was 14, but originally started off by playing around with online music makers for fun back from 2015-2018. In mid-2019 I also began learning piano, which has definitely helped me improve with my compositions. Music has been not only a creative outlet for me, but also a way to capture memories & express my emotions.

My main influences come from dubstep (especially deep 140/bass), chillstep, hip hop, electronic, ambient, grime, garage, & more, usually with a focus on melodic elements. A lot of my tunes are pretty simplistic, but I enjoy not having them overly complex. 

Releases under 'Brandon Phillips' are times captured in my life & fully represent my vision by strongly focusing on melodic elements; whereas the 'BP2004' / 'BP EDM' name is more about other electronic projects & experimentation from what my sound style is at the time; and lastly, the 'Brandish Beatz' alias is primarily for grime & hip hop projects.
