After last year’s second part, the third contribution of the „Vinyl Only Edits“ series is curating a wonderful showcase of the diverse artists on BPitch Control. Besides Joy Wellboy, Furfriend, Snuff Crew and Cesare vs. Disorder & Dave Vega put hands on their own tracks again.
 
After his Tension Dub Version, Kiki roughens the single „Before The Sunrise“ by Joy Wellboy with a dubby bassline, oldschool-driven percussion and a housy attitude, without neglecting the poppy face of the original. For their Vinyl Techno Remix of „Mindless“, Cesare vs Disorder & Dave Vega remain faithful with their menacing mood, even though the kick drum not turning out as a beast, but as a poignant device to gently set the dancefloor in motion. Especially the morbid strikes in the background give an idea of ominous evil. For the Extended Version of „Walk With It“, the duo Furfriend not only stretch the analogue charm, but swing their bat with a deep bass and a more dominant kick drum – a rough and inimitable style. "Tearing Me Away" by Snuff Crew is a wonderful treasure that targeted the dancefloor with the shining vocals of Kim Ann Foxman, but represents the perfect soundtrack for the sunrise as well. Their Vinyl Rework adds a bit more speed, while the chords not only retain their warmth. The acid pirouettes integrate properly to Foxman’s timbre and the jagged percussion, before a veritable 303 inferno rises in front of our eyes and ears. Four tracks, four danceable gems.

Joy Wellboy - Before The Sunrise (Kiki Raw Houze Dub)

Marc Moeller has been part of Berlin’s underground scene for the past six years, refining his sound through regular appearances in the city’s clubs. His mix captures the raw essence of Berlin techno—always real, direct, and focused purely on the music. Reflecting his current outlook on life, this mix is noticeably calmer, showcasing a more introspective side of his sound.

BCCO Mix Series 673: Marc Moeller

Konz is a Mexican DJ and producer now rooted in Berlin’s scene, known for hypnotic sets built on polyrhythms, deep percussion and raw, sensual energy. After shaping her sound in Mexico, she’s played key venues across Europe and Latin America, earning a reputation for intense, immersive performances. In Berlin, she co-founded wwwet (World Wide Wet), a platform highlighting global and underrepresented voices, especially from Latin America, and is a resident for the London–Berlin series M.Á.S.

This mix was recorded on a quiet weekend in, imagining a night out with friends—a direct reflection of the grooves she wanted to dance to in that moment.

Roulita is an emerging artist, always searching for new sounds and musical expressions. Self-taught and daring, she stands out for her passion for unearthing cutting-edge tracks and creating unique sets. Influenced by techno, minimal, breakbeat, and tech house, she enjoys blending genres and exploring new horizons.

Recently invited to play again at the legendary Berghain, she has already shared the stage with artists such as Yanamaste, Philippa Pacho, Ben Sims, Efdemin, and many others. Through her performances, she embodies a new generation of female DJs, driven by creative energy and strong artistic intent.

Acidusa is a boundary-pushing queer duo where mythology meets electronic transcendence. Fusing pulsing percussion, haunting vocals and a precise yet explosive selection, their sets channel ancient energy through modern sound. Born and raised in Buenos Aires and now resonating across Europe’s underground, Gina Demarchi has carved out her own lane between groove, intensity, and drive. A resident at Argentina’s iconic Fungi, she’s been leaving her mark on floors from Tresor and RSO to HÖR, Rote Sonne, and beyond.

Her SPND20 Mixtape is a hypnotic ride at high speeds - maintaining groove and character while hitting with full force. It weaves tribal, hardgroove, and dub techno with flashes of hip-hop-inspired vocals, a nod to DJ Rush and other icons who shaped her expressive sound.

Recorded the purist way: two Technics MK2s, a Xone 92, and nothing but vinyl -It’s fast, magnetic, and unmistakably her.

SPND20 Mixtape by Gina Demarchi

Alicea brings bouncy rhythms, dubby grooves and energetic selections full of surprises. Her sound moves fluidly between house, hypnotic techno and dub techno, always with a focus on groove and drive. With a precise and versatile style, she crafts sets that keep dancefloors moving.

Based in Germany, she’s performed at Tresor Berlin and clubs and festivals across the country, as well as internationally in the USA, Mexico and Tunisia. In Munich, she’s a resident at Club Rote Sonne and runs her own label, TELUR Records.

This mix reveals a softer side of her sound, blending house and techno with female vocals, emotional depth and dubby textures. It’s a warm and reflective set, shaped by tracks that moved her deeply this year – a nod to the feeling of summer, and the light it brings to darker times.

Light Plastic is a Berlin-based DJ whose sound moves fluidly between all forms of house and techno. As a resident of Berlin’s queer party Cuties, he plays music that shifts between dramatic and uplifting moods but always keeps the dance floor moving.

Recorded in his bedroom, this mix reflects Light Plastic’s growing love for deep, dubby, and sensual techno — a sound that’s quickly becoming his signature.

BCCO Mix Series 708: Light Plastic

Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @raffaele_attanasio for the 126th installment of Amplify Series.

"My trajectory, I hope, will always be uphill, in continuous musical evolution... I’m always hungry for new sound experiences, and I’ll put all my soul into it." - Raffaele Attanasio

The confines of contemporary music often ensnare a musician in a particular sound. Wrapped up in a box that defines and sells the 'product', that it's easier to digest for the modern consumer. It operates on a plane where it is assimilated in tiny soundbites that are quickly digested and moved on. Sound can get lost amongst trying to 'make it' or get likes. Music is not lost though; it exists as it always has and the passion for composing transcendent and transportive tracks exists in an artist like Raffaele Attanasio.

Born to a musician father in his home city of Naples, Attanasio was only satiated when listening to virtuoso maestros like Il Guardiano del Faro and Keith Emerson. Developing his prodigious ear, he trained on drums and then piano and his auspicious ability become apparent early. In his late teens, he ventured into DJing and electronic music production and has garnered plaudits from Jeff Mills, Len Faki and Ben Sims; even performing with Mills in a B2B live set and also Octave One. He found a home within the electronic music community, heading his own label Letter From Jerusalem, and releasing on others, such as Third Wave Black and Non Series. His label even released music from Douglas McCarthy of the band Nitzer Ebb.

What has never been lost on Attanasio is his eclectic flair. His releases span from nefarious techno - even releasing under his X-501 alias - to riveting Detroit inspired dance music with soulful piano. That piano may encapsulate a sound not many may equate to the Italian, but he now threads down a course that garners influences from his native Naples and musicians like Keith Jarret Duke Ellington and even Hans Zimmer. His artistic mould is shaped from by his experiences, and these are laid bare in his jazz-tinged sound on his album Nuovo Futuro, which was released on Axis records. Kaleidoscopic in his quenching of musical thirst, Attanasio keeps music in its purest form. These melodic air vibrations evoke something opaque, yet wildly pulchritudinous, regardless of the audience.
