Ben says: "I just had the best time making this mix for Contemplative Classical; I hope you enjoy listening. The nights of searching and listening through CDs and vinyl (old and new) was such a cleansing experience, taking me down rabbit holes of memories, feelings and experiences (some) long since forgotten. I love how music is like a link to the past, almost folding time in its process of unlocking memories & feelings. I wanted to include artists in this playlist that have been a huge influence on the music I make today. Some (such as Nine Inch Nails & The Prodigy) I've known and loved since I was a child. Others (like Drexler & Jameson Nathan Jones) are very recent musical obsessions for me and I definitely think they'll have an influence on the music I make in the future."
