Infuse, sister label of the FUSE London imprint, is back with a fantastic fifth release. Set for release on May 12th, Infuse 05 consists of four wickedly underground house mutations, which showcase the considerable talents of promising newcomers Joesph Williams, Stuart Hawkins, Archie Hamilton & Dan Farserelli, alongside label staples Seb Zito and Rich NxT. 

Lead track ‘The Root’ comes courtesy of FUSE’s trusted resident duo Seb Zito & Rich NxT. As expected the pair kick off the EP strongly with the hypnotically percussive groove of ‘The Root’ captivating the listener from the outset, with a warm incessant hum which is sure to send listeners into frenzy. Archie Hamilton & Dan Farserelli’s ‘Ladbroke Groove’ is another brutally simple yet efficient number, characterized by clever arrangement, crisp percussion and a wandering haze of melody.

 ‘Dreams Of You’ by Stuart Dawkins raises the temperature with a swinging beat and weighty bass complemented by shimmering melodies and a pitched vocal, resulting in a sonic blitz of the highest calibre. Joseph Williams rounds off the EP with an off-kilter punchy rhythm and fathoms deep sounds, perfect for any afterhours dancefloor.

The fifth installment of the Infuse series is a classy package and continues the strong tradition of previous Infuse releases of delivering expertly forged underground sounds catering for the more discerning head.

Archie Hamilton's latest release comes via Fuse and it's a techy roller fit for the terraces. 'Mind Blank ' is a cut that comes packed with an abundance of groove, a shed-load of super tight percussion and warm low-end bass hits.

This is another sterling release for the label and high-flying Archie. Watch this space

Label mainstay Seb Zito provides the ‘Ragg On EP' on the ever growing Fuse label. ‘Run Along’, the eps' vinyl only track is a superbly quirky roller and shows a side of the artist we’ve yet to see with a melancholic and thoughtful streak imbuing proceedings. ‘Raggs’ is a stripped back roller, flecks of affected vocals poke through giving the track a tripped out feel. ‘Those People’ round things off nicely, with it’s chunky beats and skippy percussion bringing to mind the more classic side of Tech House from years gone by.

We've got the premiere of 'Longtime' and we've had it on repeat.

The glitchy cut blends space-age tweaks and intergalactic low-ends with groove-laden percussion and prolonged drops. 

It's about as techy as they come and the bass hits hard, like with most Fuse releases. This is a great addition to the already booming discography.

For the first single from a 6-track EP from Montreal's Clarian (who is also one half of Footprintz), the Canadian reached well beyond the border to collaborate with Tel Aviv-born, Madrid-based producer Guy Gerber on "Claire." Gerber has been a major player on Israel's electronic scene since 2006, running his own Supplemental Facts label and infusing traces of minimal techno, tech house, downtempo and deep house in his productions, while remaining singular in his approach. Clarian's vocal contributions were at the heart of Gerber's progressive house-leaning Fabric mix from last year, which joined the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and Omar-S of artists that turned in single-artist mixes to the series. "Claire" starts amid a queasy vocal snippet (with Clarian's French whisper lodged in at the midpoint) and threatens to go darker and deeper. But a steady handclap and glimmering melodic line uplifts and casts light across this seven-minute track.
