Its been nearly 20 years since the release of their debut album 'Between a Rock and a Hard Place,' and if you're curious to know how the former Boom Skwad representative El Da Sensei holds up on the mic in 2014, you'll see that he hasn't lost a step with his latest effort "Show Stoppa." Featuring a sparse and bouncy beat with sharp cuts supplied by DJ Devastate, the jam has the New Jeruz native dropping bombs like it was 94' all over again. "No Half Smokin'" was a B-side cut on the "Print Is Goin' Off" 7-inch vinyl release, which dropped around the same time as the "1988" album. Both songs were reinterpretations of 80's Hip-Hop classics; Big Daddy Kane's "Ain't No Half-Steppin'" and Biz Markie's "Biz Is Goin' Off", respectively. The original songs were both released on the Cold Chillin' label, so the labels for this 7-inch were also reinterpreted to mimic the 12" single labels on those original Cold Chillin' releases.
