Paramjit has been a student and teacher of Raja Yoga meditation for 29 years. He is proactively involved in helping others of all backgrounds, from children to youth to adults, to realize their true potential. He is married with three children and four grand children. He has a wealth of life experiences and has worked in Textile Manufacturing, Adult Education and The Building Sector.

She has a degree in Adult Education & Training and works as an Empowered Living Consultant.

Currently Dorothy is the Director of Programs at Peace Village Learning and Retreat Centre.
She has facilitated retreats for thousands that are seeking self development and improving the quality of their lives.

Eric Le Reste has an extensive background as a journalist and a producer for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation news and current affairs programmes.  Being with the Brahma Kumaris for more than 40 years and practicing Raja Yoga Meditation, he currently serves as the National Coordinator of the Brahma Kumaris in Canada. Eric is based in Montreal.

From Chaos to Clarity - Tiding as a Path to Inner Peace - Eric Le Reste - Tuesday 8th July 2025 - Stanmore

When we place our sense of self value and self-respect on our job, relationships, health etc., it will fluctuate depending on those external factors. That in turn creates all the negative reactions of stress, anxiety, control and anger. Raja Yoga gives us the understanding that we each have intrinsic value. We don't have to prove ourselves. When we really experience that, it creates a deep stability and sense of self worth. In this talk, we will be looking at how we can create that sense of innate value. 

Speaker: Sarah Trueman
Sarah is an engaging facilitator with a light hearted and down to earth approach. She is based in Leeds meditation centre and is part of the centre team. She also looks after social media, course and workshop writing and facilitation. She enjoys being creative and experimenting with different aspects of spiritual teaching to find out what works for her, then sharing it with others. She has been a student of Raja Yoga for 30 years. She also recently had to balance her health with her commitments and this is continuing to be a learning process.
