Notes from the author:
After finishing my previous live set, "Live at the Dresser," I almost immediately started working on the next iteration. Like before, there are so many tracks you make that you're attached to but have no place for, no beginnings, no endings. This is the result of that, for the second time. To me, these works are a little faster, a bit more flexible, but with that same sentimentality. A year's worth of me.

A long time coming, it is with extreme pleasure to host an all vinyl mix from a true inspiration and dance-floor master: October.

The Bristol based veteran, who's published with the likes of Honey Soundsystem Records and Fred P’s Soul People Music holds nothing back in this stellar mix rightly professed by the artist, "[I] wanted it to feel like you were coming up in a London warehouse in '92."

October currently co-hosts 'Sacred Pools' on NST Radio alongside Faso and Toshiki Ohta where they range from 'harshly metallic noise rock, unhinged post-punk, chillingly minimal synth, breakbeat rave and pervy wedding disco.'

Identified Patient’s Bleep mix is a journey into darkside psychedelia and netherworld electronics which tops 100 minutes in length. The tracklisting is hugely varied in style - dark ambient, mutant junglism, caustic industrial experiments, leftfield techno and just about any other style with a confrontational, challenging aesthetic is roped into service by Identified Patient here. However, no matter which genre the producer/DJ is operating in at a given moment, the uniform feeling one gets from this mix is of dark energy. From the wandering drones and trip-hop lopes which kick things off to the frenetic rhythm work of the home straight, this mix remains as seductive as it is ominous.

"When acoustic-based electro and industrial sounds come together, it gives a kind of musical tension and discomfort that I really like. In a way, I feel this mix is a reflection of that.
