Sterling Juan Diaz is a Dominican American DJ and multidisciplinary artist hailing from Uptown New York City. He is known for his distinctive approach to music, exploring the fringes and nuances of various genres from around the world, within the NYC underground scene, and his roots. Drawing from many corners of dance music, he crafts dynamic sets that evoke a sense of connection and exhilaration, with an ear like no other. As a recent Dweller Festival alum, Sterling is considered one of the most consistently exciting DJs in NYC. His performances are known for their open exploration of energy, dancefloor rawness, fluidity, and community. With a deep love for the art of DJing, Sterling is dedicated to continuously growing and evolving as an artist, all with a clear NY flair.

In their False Witness persona, they weave through various forms of Techno, from aggressive to euphoric, incorporating disparate genres influences meticulously. Their Junior M moniker, which debuted in 2023, is informed from their experiences in NYC and Berlin, hybridizing classic House with Italo, Belgian New Beat, EBM and Latin rhythms. They have performed globally at various institutions & event series including Frieze Art Fair London, Lab.oratory at Berghain, Hyperreality Festival Vienna, Herrensauna, Spielraum Amsterdam, Bulto Bogotá, SXSW Austin and Warm Up at MoMA PS1 in New York City.
