Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community: If you want to get into music, just do it. Listen to others advice on equipment and methods but don’t get tunnel visioned and focus on only the advice. Open up programs and softwares and just play around, press buttons, see what shit does! Through your mistakes and finding out different ways that aren’t usually the conventional or standard way of using something could be vital to finding your sounds and solidifies your very specific approach to sound!

As founders of the Colombian imprint, the trio have led a wave of experimentation and innovation in the global club underground, platforming the hybrid electronic sounds of Latin America while also pushing UK-born genres such as dubstep and garage into new sonic territories. Running alongside our November issue cover story, written by Rachel Grace Almeida, this cover mix is a deep, near-three hour rhythmic odyssey through destabilising techno, murky bass music, guaracha, dubstep and much more. For the thirty sixth episode we invite @noisecasino to provide the soundtrack, who hails from Bogota, Columbia and currently based in Berlin. The mix is a melting pot of bass influenced breakbeats, rhythms and grooves staring at a steady 100bpm slowly working with the tempo as the mix progresses, keeping it modern and engaging which is a nice refreshing change from the more high octane sets I have come across of late. 


This was recorded at the @delphiciris Records launch party, a new label I co-own which was recorded at @kimchirecordz in Berlin.
An excellent soundtrack that paired well with the informal afternoon summer vibe of the launch and was a standout on the day (as were all of the guests). Im happy to have a chance to review the track list to dig into some of the excellent producers and labels that are new discoveries to me also. 


As always, turn it up lock in and enjoy the music.
