Dragon Fire

Not the second song I made for my Ämpers@nd project but I found it fitting as a second song on the EP because of the build up and tension. It has a kind of hunting feeling to it and some finallity (or something). It's hard to put into words. Just like "Slowly Getting Heavier" this one seemed to compose itself and just poured out of me. I think the title says it all and captures the feeling it tries to convey.

This captivating composition is the result of two unforgettable experiences when Sven and I ventured on a trip to a secret refuge tucked away in the mesmerizing Swiss mountains. The refuge boasted a splendid estate featuring a breathtaking art gallery that showcased masterpieces from around the globe. While exploring the premises, we chanced upon a hidden treasure - an underground swimming pool that glistened like liquid diamonds, beckoning us to immerse ourselves in its tranquil waters. Adjacent to the pool was a lavish spa area where we indulged in opulent treatments and savored moments of pure bliss.

Within the embrace of this idyllic setting, enveloped by the whispered echoes of indulgence and luxury, we cherished each and every second of our stay. The melody that accompanies these cherished memories seemed to effortlessly materialize, capturing the essence of our extraordinary experiences. Its harmonies echoed the serenity of the mountains, blending with the grandeur of the estate and the depth of our emotions. It transformed into a musical narrative of our shared journey, a melodious journal of our time spent in this hidden paradise.

This composition embodies the enchantment and allure of those magical moments, inviting listeners to embark on their musical expedition to hidden realms of beauty and tranquility.
