Hello, Wonderful Humans Of Earth! I am Jimmy Tripp, also known as BRAINWAVE, or BRAINWAVE, also known as Jimmy Tripp! Welcome aboard an absurd and obnoxious locomotive that is just as insane as the word "loco" might imply.  I started working on this track in February. This track is about a few different things. It's about the crippling weight or social pressure in society to stay in consistent communication with friends and family even when the battle of mental health feels like an uphill climb or rollercoaster. The idea of feeling like an outsider or outcast or observer always looking in through the phone or computer screen, but feeling incapable of piecing the words together to have conversation with others. It's also about how the present moment is the only destination we ever really have at any given time, so just focus on crossing today's finish line or set of goals you have. Tomorrow's destination has enough worry of Its own, so today's is all there really is to concentrate on. You got this! Let tomorrow be as relevant as it can be when it comes, but for right now, working on today is more than enough. Did you shower? Is that all you could do today? Great job. Did you complete 5 things off of your checklist? That's also awesome. Great job, too. Were you unable to do much of anything at all today? That's okay too. Great job just still being here. Simply just being in the right here (Present space) and the right now (Present time) is a great accomplishment you've made as well. You're doing what you can to get better, and that's what counts. You don't have to dwell on the rear view of the course that the locomotive is on, and you don't need to dwell on what is too far ahead to really see. Right here and right now is more than enough. Keep going at your own pace!
