As the Brainwaves Corp prepares to relaunch some more caustic material into the multiverse, the board of directors has decided to pursue its oscillatory neural activity by inviting our good friend, co-conspirator and dangerously deep digger named Fall for an 8th podcast. Co-founder of Geneva’s Central Station bar and cultural hotspot, Fall has always been and will likely remain one of our favourite selectors in the region. His nonchalant attitude hides an intricate and wide knowledge of the musical and sound art spectrum, and you can expect a top-quality mix of proper gems without a single familiar name included. We have a new mix coming in. This one is by David Fogarty, who runs out of Berlin the label Transmigration, plus sublabel Sacred Stones.
David works for the great recordshop Sound Metaphors and has his residency at Refuge Worldwide radio.
Transmigration released a lot of amazing records the last few years. The Ebi, Hybryds and Projective Vision stuff has been rotating frequently here. This mix is a great representation of that sound.

Prague's Mor Wen is at the helm of this week's Rhythmic Culture podcast. Mor Wen is a part of Glory Affairs - a morphing group of collaborative friends combining various forms of audiovisual art. The collective's wish is to co-create bonds between both friends and strangers through reshaping different environments into temporary multi-genre living rooms. It combines and plays with sound, movement, cooking, painting, sculpting, costumes, performance and mainly light-hearted humor.

The Planeta Za + Ankali resident oscillates between community building, live performance, DJing, keeping the borders between blurred at all times. Among experiences which influenced her practice is a participation in physical theatre, intergenerational movement and cooking workshops, and teaching children in Prague’s Vietnamese cultural centre of Sapa.

With the impending return of El Niño and the coming heatwaves, the Brainwaves Corp directorate is adjusting the conglomerate’s course towards an exponential increase in temperature. With this in mind, the decision to launch the Neural Oscillations podcast was taken after a stunning powerpoint presentation made by none other than Brian “The Rough” and his assistant whose identity we cannot yet disclose. 

After a careful examination of potential candidates, the board has therefore decided to initiate this enterprise with the aid of Crypto Soso, a talented neuroscientist whose expertise has been of much use to the extragalactic council over the years. A compulsive perfectionist with an encyclopaedic knowledge in the complex art of IDM, trance and melodic electro bangers, Crypto Soso applies the scientific method to everything she does, providing us with a beautifully crafted interstellar voyage that we can only recommend.

After the feverish, rave-ready breaks of the last two editions, this podcast slows it down a notch with a steady flow of continuous four to the floor energy and carefully selected grooves. 


Pour la troisième édition de la série de podcasts Neural Oscillations on invite Swim aka Mark Lando et Tesdorpf. Ces amateurs d’atmosphères acidulées sont basés à Bâle, mais on les croise devant ou derrière le booth dans toutes les villes de Suisse.
