Founded by composer Paul Malinowski, Bravery in Battle produces a post-rock music blending spoken voice (as the source of melody), video, science, philosophy, electric and acoustic instruments, (strings, brass, bells) and seeks to offer global works questionning, with music, our relationship to the world. 
The ability  of the band to cross disciplines is visible through its collaborations with classical ensembles, particularly the Orchestre Philharmonique and Maîtrise de Radio France, with Akilone and Renoir string quartets. Bravery in Battle  played the 2012 Métis Festival, Nuit Blanche 2013 & 2017 and has been bordcasted on France Musique.

Fondé par le compositeur Paul Malinowski, Bravery in Battle produit une musique post-rock qui mélange la voix parlée (comme source de mélodie), la vidéo, les sciences, la philosophie, mêle instruments amplifiés et acoustiques (cordes, cloches, cuivres...) afin de proposer des œuvres globales interrogeant, par la musique, notre relation au monde. La trans-disciplinarité du groupe et sa capacité à franchir les frontières se manifeste aussi dans ses collaborations avec des ensembles classiques, notamment avec l'Orchestre Philharmonique et la Maîtrise de Radio France, avec les quatuors Akilone et Renoir. Bravery in Battle a ainsi joué au Festival Métis 2012, à la Nuit Blanche 2013 et 2017 et a été diffusé sur France Musique.
