The fourth release in our Break 3000 revisited classics series are three unreleased songs from the period 1998-2001. The opening track "Wide" has a great drive and shows Break 3000's early influence from producers like David Carretta and The Hacker. The second track takes up that same pace and is a fine melodic Electro/ Techno Emo track, so typical for the early 2000's Electro Clash movement he was part off. The closing title is a real FUN Italo inspired studio workout that aged very well these past 20 years, now finally seeing the light of day on this EP! Enjoy!

All tracks were carefully re-mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne.

Very quickly after releasing the first Clyde Built compilation, we knew we had to do another one; the response from the artists involved and thousands who checked out the comp itself was so encouraging that we couldn't wait to do it again!

This time around we set out to replicate the high quality and diverse range of music with an entirely different cast of contributing artists and projects and we’re very excited to share the results with you.

It’s worthwhile mentioning that the vast majority of these tracks are unsigned - many don’t even have artist pages - so if anyone is interested in releasing either the music featured or speaking to one of the artists in question, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@huntleyspalmers.com and we’ll put you in touch.

Premiere: Ron Elliot - ADSR [Extended Play Recordings]

Next up on EARUHAVEIT is an absolute earworm of a track courtesy of Healthy Boys.

'Deal With This Right Now' is a chugging techno track with enough acid tendencies and ferocious kicks to get any dancefloor riled up.

Having gained support from the likes Skream and Richie Hawtin, this pair are going to be on your radar very quickly.

We’ve got a very special release for you this month on Danny Howard’s Nothing Else Matters imprint in the form of a new EP series titled, ‘Generation Z’. This new EP concept will bring together new and up and coming artists who we are looking to showcase on the label. Our first offering comprises three killer tracks from UK artists BluePrint, Because of Art and James Organ. Kicking the series off is BluePrint with his track, ‘The Mind Is As Deep As You Make It’ which offers snaking synth leads combined with atmospheric chords and tension building snares that combine with warping sub tones to reveal a powerful, peak time production. Next up is DJ and production duo, Because of Art with their track ‘Elevate’ which offers all manner of stepping chords and arpeggiated synths. It’s a big metallic track that is built on twisting, turning, crashing drums and is designed perfectly for maximum effect in strobe lit clubs. Last but not least, we have James Organ with his track, ‘Faded’ which offers crisply mixed percussion and a pulsating low-end which underpins a series of hypnotic synth hooks that grow throughout with subtle melodic hints and muffled vocals adding to the atmospherics of the track.

Because Of Art - Elevate

On the B-Side is ‘Clear’, born out of a sample clearance issue which inspired Theo Kottis to write an original piece of music that was ‘clear’ of samples. The end result is an exciting fusion of Italo disco and ‘80s synth-pop, complete with a euphoric vocal. 

Exclusive to the vinyl release, acclaimed Irish-born and now London-based producer Hubie Davison delivers a deeper and tougher reworking, which is perfect for peak-time dance-floors. In Hubie’s words: “There’s nothing better than being given a load of quality source material and license to have fun with it, and that’s exactly what happened here. I’ve been following Theo for a while now, so it was a joy to open the hood on ‘Clear’ and have a go at it. Having Gerd Janson on the other side makes it even better. Hopefully people enjoy these mixes as much as I do.”

Four Four Premiere: Theo Kottis - Clear (Hubie Davison Remix)

“Once upon a time, long ago, there lived at Treva, a wonderful old lady deeply skilled in necromancy. Her charms, spells, and dark incantations made her the terror of the neighbourhood.
Arriving at the church stile, they used to rest the corpse, and there stood the hare, which, as soon as the clergyman began, "I am the resurrection and the life," uttered a diabolical howl then the corpse would change into a black, unshaped creature, and disappeared.”

Starting off the EP is RFX, with a groovy mystical disco pearl of the faraway desert.
Second, we have a rework from Native Red of the infamous track that you know to sing but probably don’t remember where you heard it.
For the second edit from Native Red, we have a dark cinematic banger for some spooky vibe.
And last but not least, a very rare psychedelic gem RFX has dug up which closes the EP in with a rite of passage.
