Story:
||1996|| "December" was born (first
embryo of IOH/with Phil and Teo)
||1999|| December became Alphard, for a
coulpe of month, (with Vinnie and Luke)
and finally after Cisco joined the band they
turned into ICON OF HYEMES.
||2001|| The "GIFT" ep was recorded. 600
copies (sold out).
||2003|| The new starts with the brand
new MCD "UNPOPULAR", 1000 copies
(almost sold out).
||2008|| Many live gigs all over Italy and
Slovenia and 1 divorce: Luke jump off the
freak circus and Slim joined us.
||2009|| The Greasy Loop Ep is out on
CynicLab – 7” split with Storm(o). Cisco left
the band.
||2010|| New material composed, touring
in support of the Ep, shows in italian
festivals with bands like Fuck the Facts,
Ramesses, Orthodox. End of the year Phil
left the band.
||2011|| Developing new material, soon on
studio. alessandro from dune joined the
band on vocals

Mercutio are a four piece Rock band based in London.
 
Taking influence from Radiohead, Muse and Porcupine Tree, the guys wrote, recorded and toured together for several years in various bands before forming Mercutio in October 2013.

The band earnt their spurs the old way, gigging on the underground and alternative music scene and playing rock venues throughout the UK and across Europe.

Now signed to Independent label, Diverge Records. Mercutio recorded their debut album at Assault and Battery Studios, London with producer Andy Wright (Jeff Beck, Simple Minds) and producer Gianluca Cucchiara. The debut single, ‘Back to Nowhere’ is mixed by Alan Moulder (Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters and The Killers).
Mercutio are: Ross (vocals & ac.guitar), Fabio (guitar), Emanuele (bass) and Francesco (drums).
