Long-time Techno protagonist and Figure mainstay Johannes Heil returns with a new 4-track package under his Cryptik pseudonym. Continuing the focus on a more leftfield, experimental sound, Cryptik emerses the listener into a soundtrack world of rich sound, depth of field and versatile, changeable moods. By no means a simple club record, all four tracks offer subtle and rich musical content, each telling a story with beautiful melancholic melodies and rushes of endorphins.

From elongated 10 minute journeys into the more reflective zones of Heil's techno world, snaking and building, showing off all the skills he collected over his 20 years-plus career at the top of his artform, Crypik is a dance on the senses. From the cinematic elegance of 'The Gate', or the bleep-laden epic of 'Radiance', to the post-house Piano led drama of 'Messenger' or the heavyweight synth swarms of 'Belief', the EP is full of passion and life, capturing truly magic moments.

PISETZKY

As the music is research, Pisetzky loves to get deep into bass lines of different sound dimension.
His style is always powerful and melancholic, moving hearts and minds into multi layered soundscapes.
He started producing in 2010 with the name Fabiano Valli as sound designer for fashion brands.
Since late 2013 he turned his profile into Pisetzky, inspired by a growing Milan’s techno scene, he started to realise his attitude into being active part of the project Just - This.
He already proved his musical research for the biggest Europe festival’s stages ( Off Sonar week, ADE, Amore, Barrakud ), as in the finest clubs and parties.
In the darkness of his studio or even on the hottest dancefloors, Pisetzky shakes deeply souls and bodies with his dogged rhythms.

Since Maxime Dangles' contribution to our head honcho Gregor Tresher's 'Breaking New Soil Vol. 7' early 2015 we received several fantastic new oevres from the frenchman. It wasn't easy to decide which ones to release but Sian (Octopus Records) gave us a hand and focussed on 'Fokal' for his remix! Anyway we are proud to release Maxime's debut EP for Break New Soil and  are curious how you share our taste.

With 4 releases under their belt and more to follow, it clearly shows the alliance between Hunter/Game and the Icelandic band Kura, can do no wrong. Their band, Landside, is now primed to get an accompanying remix EP following up from ‘Signs of Change’ and ‘Desert Lake’.

Drawing their inspiration from a cumulation of music that inspires them, they call up a diverse selection of artists to the task, which present an astonishingly coherent vision. From the stormy modulated chords of Robert Hood and trickling pads crafted by Etapp Kyle, to the dystopian narratives expressed by Bambounou and Edanticonf, the re-visionings provide additional star-power to what is already a fine, shimmering series.

Carlo Ruetz makes his debut on Oliver Huntemann's Senso Sounds with The Trick EP - further evidence of his increasing mastery of tough, thrilling Techno. The Rostock born DJ and producer found a wider audience in 2013 after receiving support from Richie Hawtin and subsequently releasing on MINUS - and here he flexes his production muscles once again.
'Trick' is an acidic tinged banger - a ferocious dancefloor workout for prime time whatever the location. 'Artefact' is another example of Ruetz’s control over dynamics - the track containing
several moments of high intensity that raises the temperature, yet maintaining a spacey, minimal vibe. 'Divided Universe' is another hard-hitter - a driving rhythm accompanied by laser-like melodic
flourishes and menacing atmospheres. 'Resoflash' keeps up the releases’ tough and funky vibe - a killer rolling bassline and firing percussion deliver the heat.
