Nathan Hawes AKA KESMAR is a 23 year old Sydney based producer and songwriter. Following his debut EP ‘Up To You’ released in March 2019 Nathan took a step back to hone in on his songwriting and production. After a heavily collaborative first release, he felt a need to develop in solace and refine a sound - particularly on the production front where he had a clear aesthetic vision inspired by era’s gone by.
Amongst the madness of 2020 Nathan found himself forced back into the home studio like many artists have been. The result of that time saw the creation of a new collection of work - a collection that has strong ties to minimal late seventies yacht rock with references to ‘Christopher Cross’ &amp; ‘The Alessi Brothers’ - that sonic touchpoint extends to the wider aesthetic of the project, with videos and artwork all created by Nathan himself. Nathan wears his inspiration on his sleeve and the result is a magical trip through a seemingly simpler and blissful time.

Matt Cross, originally from Albury, now living in Newcastle to follow his passion of music. Having played piano from the age of 6, he has always had an ear and a love for music, particularly songwriting. Performing in different band's such as 'The Secret Sandwiches' and 'Mia Grace and the Aviators,' Matt is now writing and recording his own material which will be uploaded here.

Using a combination of different instruments including piano, guitar, percussion, harmonica, and ukulele, Matt's genre is hard to define. His songs have been known to be influenced by pop and folk, however, he likes to think his music is as original as possible.
