Sound is all about frequencies and vibrations and sound is such an important constituent in life. Same as breathing, which is the first thing you do when you are born. It is also the first thing you forget to do. 
That’s why the time is now to become aware of what you can do with breathing and music frequencies. 
By using specific sound frequencies, we are able to provide your inner energy system with proper attention and move you into a higher state of consciousness. With this soundtrack, you’re able to give your entire energy system an healthy, energy boost in seven steps. 
For every chakra (energypoint) we’ve composed a special track, starting with the first Muladhara chakra and ending with the seventh, Sahasrara chakra. 
To get the sound frequenties connected with your inner energysystem, we’ve decided to tune the entire soundtrack into the A = 432 hz. 

We are super curious to your experience, so please, feel free to let us know how your journey was… 
Please do this session lying down and in quiet and safe environment.

Dear friends, breathwork enthusiasts and spiritual practitioners,

We’re excited and honoured to share with you this breathwork journey Satya. Satya means truth. Inner truth. This breathing practice is designed to balance the mind and connect you deeply to the consciousness in your body, mind and soul. We do this with coherent breathing connected breathing alternated with breath retentions. The music and rhythms are related to sacred geometry and in 432 h. It is mixed live by Dawn Sight with voice guidance by Peter Vermeiren. A word of gratitude goes to the amazing producers of these tracks. See the tracklist below.

We set the intention for this practice to honour honesty, especially being honest with yourself. Such experience can generate an influx of emotions, and learning to accept them without judgement, understanding that they are part of yourself and not to be suppressed is crucial.

This practice is gentle but deep so do it lying down in a quiet and safe space. To fully engage with music please use good quality headphones or speakers.

The method used is safe but some health restrictions may apply. When your physical and mental health is reasonably good you can fully dive into it.
Contra-indications:
History of psychosis, severe anxiety, heart problems, high blood pressure or epilepsy, recent operations in the belly or chest. Please consult medical advise before doing this practice if any of the above conditions apply to you.

Online Breathwork Session  40 Minutes With Guidance

This track by www.breathoffreedom.nl is inspired by every one working in healthcare, especially on the ic units, in these difficult times and everyone else feeling stress and tension or having intense experiences in their work or daily live. I designed this sessions to help you let go of tension and stress in a very simple and direct way and hopefully prevent ptsd or other stress related conditions. It consists of 4 cycles of deep cyclic breathing and 4 breath holds on the in and out breath. It starts with a short explanation and ends with deep meditative relaxation. The music and my voice will guide you.

Note: If you have  serious physical or mental health issues this session is not for you. If you do not have breathwork experience please consult a physician before trying this session. The technique is safe but it is good to know when to take it easy or to try other techniques.

Dear friends

We proudly present the soundtrack of our first official collaboration. We put our heart and soul into the creation of this journey and we are grateful to finally share the result with you. The one-hour journey consists entirely of Joep Mencke’s own productions and is guided by the voice of Peter Vermeiren of Breath of Freedom.

Throughout the journey deep continuous breathing cycles are alternated with breath retentions on the out-breath and in-breath, enabling you to travel through your body, mind and spirit, and guiding you gently into higher states of consciousness. After the deep continues breathing cycles, the journey ends with a deep relaxing guided meditation.

In order to get the best experience possible, please use headphones and lie down somewhere where you won’t be disturbed. Also, please keep in mind that by doing this breathwork you are changing your body physically, you are changing the oxygen ratio, and as result you might feel physical sensations as tingling in your fingers and toes, this is completely normal.

Shunyata refers to the emptiness of full potential in Buddhism.

Precautions: 
The breathing technique is safe for people with normal health. If you have doubts about your health please consult an experienced breathwork teacher and/or doctor first. If you have had psychosis or epilepsy in the past this intense track breathing technique is not for you. If you are pregnant or have a very high blood or eye pressure it is best to breathe slowly and don’t hold your breath. Don’t do this intense breathing while driving or in the water as it alters your perception.
