Das höchste Ziel vieler Menschen aus dem westlichen Abendland ist Ausgeglichenheit. Höchste Präzision und Kraft sowie eine unglaubliche Körperbeherrschung können aus der täglichen Meditation entstehen. Eigenschaften, die auch für uns sehr nützlich sein können. 

Damit es euch leichter fällt eure innere Ruhe zu finden, haben wir Aaristos  eingeladen uns in die Kunst der gelassenen Atmosphäre einzuführen. Seine Klänge werden euch beruhigen und durch die mit viel Liebe zusammen getragenen Tracks wird das ersehnte Gleichgewicht ein Stück näher kommen.

This track by www.breathoffreedom.nl is inspired by every one working in healthcare, especially on the ic units, in these difficult times and everyone else feeling stress and tension or having intense experiences in their work or daily live. I designed this sessions to help you let go of tension and stress in a very simple and direct way and hopefully prevent ptsd or other stress related conditions. It consists of 4 cycles of deep cyclic breathing and 4 breath holds on the in and out breath. It starts with a short explanation and ends with deep meditative relaxation. The music and my voice will guide you.

Another year has passed... and what a year! 

I'm so thankful for all the lessons I had the chance to learn, for that I was able to let go of some of my old burdens and for all those people that shared a part of my way with me, warmed my heart and filled it with love. 

I'm so thankful for that I am healing and I wish all of you the same from all of my heart!

For this occasion I have put together another Follow The Light journey with some of the medicine songs that accompanied me throughout the year.
