This set was created to be played at a certified 5 Rhythms class in Boulder, CO. I mixed everything that would make me move through the 5Rhythms process, and I hope it does for you too!

Erich Lehna and Davide Swarup present their new live recorded album "CONTACT". 

Music for Contact Improvisation and active meditations. 

Building a bridge between acoustic and electronic music, using only acoustic instruments: The RAV drum and Guitar. 
Transforming and looping the acoustic sounds in realtime with effects. The result is an unique moving sound cloud. 

Recorded live at the Source, Arambol, Goa for a Contact Improvisation Jam. 
There are no overdubs cuts or add ons to keep the magic of this moment. 

The musicians, as with the dancers, have created the music in the moment. The magic and the beauty of creation. 

Not jamming, not improvising but creating HERE and NOW. 
Like in a contact dance, no one is leading, just listening to each other creating the "dance" together.

Niraj - Ecstatica - The Journey

The third and last part of my second long mix "This Journey We Take" providing a musical space for journeys within.

At some track transitions nature sounds are used, for others a track is mixed into the next. For a few silence is used. This is done, as it for me is important to focus also on the silence and ambient sounds of our planet. It is from this, that the music arises. (Listen e.g. to Eckart Tolle www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGcijS_eSKg )

"Part 1 - Settling" is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music.
"Part 2 - Going Deep" is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through
"Part 3 - Going Deeper and Back" will first take you even deeper, and then slowly bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
