2 layers of some intentionally messy drums (switching between tribal and some breakcore-ish stuff), then 2 layers of TEOP1 keyboard (organ and a weird oscillating bass).  Just random improv inspiration feeling on this quality friday night here...  The middle of the song kind of gets into something more connected for a bit.

The bass line in this drew blood! Schweeeeet. This is always a good sign as generally you are wearing your finger a slightly different way. I think that's true here for my bass playing. I'm not a well versed bass player but getting there finally with it 🧬🎶

Recorded this on my late Uncle Liam's acoustic, a 1983 Ovation Ultra Series which he gave me when I was 18. It has an intonation problem but still felt it was the tool to use. I miss him man. I wouldn't play guitar if it wasn't for Liam's early seeds and inspiration both in performance and theory. I can see him playing Help by The Beatles and Hotel California by The Eagles in my Nana's place like a video in my head. I was in awe. Liam had a stutter earlier on life and got on top of it. Music was maybe a big key for that or at least as I understand even when he had it... It never effected his singing and playing. Let's give our kids proper music please. It's our only proper medicine 🎶
