He has also had many plays on Radio One by Pete Tong and Annie Mac with tacks such as ‘Take This’, ‘Full English’, ‘Discobomb’ and ‘Landor’. All tracks supported across the board from the likes of Steve Lawler, Nicole Maudaber to Carl Cox & Roger Sanchez.

These skills have earned him sets alongside big hitters such as Carl Cox, Mark Knight, Hot Since 82, Pete Tong and not forgetting at the Top 100 DJ Awards in London two years running. In the last year alone, Tim has played headline sets everywhere from China to the Cayman Islands, Bahrain to Ibiza and beyond.

Continuing with the OFF tradition of fresh dancefloor beats and unforgettable moments, we pass the torch to a connoisseur: an experienced dj, producer and an outstanding a&r as the head of Glasgow Underground and Breastfed; Glasgow's own Kevin McKay, who makes his debut in our imprint with two chicago influenced burners ready to turn the clubs upside down. 
"Goin Freak" is pretty self-explanatory, a dirty groove led by male vocals and a luscious bassline...Classic drums making the trick on a proper jacking bomb. "Club Trax" turns the funk up a notch in the bass front and tops it with a great synth work and intense breakdown.
On remix duties we have Brett Gould, from London, known for his work on Glasgow Underground and Toolroom who works his magic on "Club Trax" developing it into a Riff-Bass classic house monster with great progressions and a lot of melodic value. 
Another killer release for the dancer's pleasure!

Originally released on the R&S Records sub-label Global Cuts in 1993, ‘20HZ’ by Capricorn became the breakthrough track for its creator Hans Weekhout, a Dutch multi-instrumentalist who started his career recording and mixing for international artists such as Falco and Ian Gillan.

With its memorable combination of those rolling and thunderous marching drums, glacial marimba-like melodies and a tense, trance inducing atmosphere, ‘20HZ’ has become one of dance music’s most enduring tracks.  Hitting the singles charts in Holland, Belgium, UK and France on release, and still being played week in and week out across clubs and festivals thirty years later, it’s fair to say that Capricorn’s snare drum driven hit can be classed as a bone fide classic.

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of this behemoth anthem, R&S Records have enlisted an eclectic line-up of artists to add their own touches to a suite of remixes. Dutch composer and Apollo Records artist Andert Tysma reshapes ‘20HZ’ into a sublime ambient piece, accompanied by some tender piano work and soaring strings, whilst Italian DJ/producer Marco Lys stays true to the original, deploying a fresh and modern take and aiming it squarely at the dancefloor.

London based producer Vromm has a penchant for the UK bass and beats culture that has influenced him since the late 1980s, and his remix of ‘20HZ’ really spins the original upside down, deconstructing and rebuilding over granite hard beats.  And it’s left to legendary DJ Carl Cox to round off this broad remix package.  As a DJ who helped break this record on its original release, it’s befitting that the global dance icon puts his stamp firmly onto it, jacking up the drums and turning up a big room monster version, ‘oh yes, oh yes’!

Returning to Classic with his first solo original in 20 years, prolific producer and audio engineer Lance DeSardi unveils ‘Higher’, a three-track release featuring vocals from Jesse Rennix. A frequent studio partner of Luke Solomon, Lance DeSardi has collaborated with the label boss on numerous projects, including on Luke’s Powerdance project and Honey Dijon’s LP ‘Black Girl Magic’ which garnered significant media attention, appearing in The Guardian, Pitchfork, NME, The Line Of Best Fit and more. Now returning to the label, Lance DeSardi showcases his original sound alongside singer, songwriter and producer Jesse Rennix, an established dance vocalist who has released on Om Records, Wolf + Lamb and Legwork. Together the two create studio magic with their EP ‘Higher’, opening with the sultry and expansive title track, stuffed to brim with bright synth goodness as Jesse’s haunting vocals build with menacing intensity. Next up, Lance delivers the ‘Higher’ Space Dub, before ‘The Runaway (House Is A’ Pealin’)’ closes the release with its wickedly dark yet deliciously intense underground club sound.

With a growing number of acclaimed releases on some of the most respected imprints in the business, there’s no doubt that Brett Gould has firmly cemented his place within the underground house circuit. Building his reputation behind the decks through a two-year residency at London’s Lightbox, as well as playing alongside the likes of Eats Everything, Solardo, Mark Jenkyns, Sasha, Franky Rizardo and more, he has quickly become one of the scene’s most exciting and accomplished talents.
Beatport Top 10s have become the norm for Brett, who quickly exercised his right to be on the same line-ups as his heroes with his energetic live performances and precision-engineering in the studio. It’s no secret that the deep, gruelling basslines, thundering backbeats and down-right danceability of Brett’s productions haven’t gone unnoticed; Claude Von Stroke, Lee Foss and Denny were amongst the names to give his 2016 release ‘Body Language’ the thumbs up, which resulted in a well-deserved ‘Ones To Watch’ accolade from DJ Mag. 
And so, the floodgates opened; off the back of ‘Body Language’, the infectious ‘House Music Is’ was born. Riva Starr quickly snapped it up on Snatch Records and the rest is history. Spending a mammoth four month run in the Beatport Top 100 and peaking at #4, industry heavyweights Jamie Jones and Pete Tong were amongst those who gave it their support. With the 9th biggest selling tech-house track of 2016 now in his locker, 2017 was there for the taking, and Brett certainly didn’t disappoint. 
A name now on the playlists of the industry’s tastemakers, it wasn’t long before Monki invited him to feature on her BBC Radio 1 ‘Lights On’ guest mix, and in 2017 Brett topped Beatport’s New Release Chart with “I’m Feeling Good Right Now” after Solid Grooves snapped it up. Overflowing with rhythm, the tech-house triumph mirrored the rumbling delights of his next chart-topper, this one coming out on Glasgow Underground – Brett joined forces with Hilton Caswell as their suitably titled ‘Take Me Up’ reached #1 on Traxsource last year.
Sharing the stage with Claptone, Pawsa, Latmun, Detlef and Jey Kermis is now just a scratch on the surface of Brett’s ambitions. A summer spent in Ibiza playing for Solid Grooves and Do Not Sleep, demonstrates further why he is ready to compete at the top level. Rounding off a big year by taking up remixing responsibilities for Darius Syrossian, Funk D’Void and Hauswerk, not to mention mixing ‘The Best of Snatch 2017’ for Riva Starr, Brett Gould hasn’t held back from the word ‘go.’
Smashing his way into 2018 with a release on the mighty Solardo’s label Solá, the phrase “start as you mean to go on” has never been more apt.
