This is part 3 of my mix series 'Rise from the Ashes - The Glow up'. 

This signifies the turning point in my mental health journey; the moment when you start taking care of yourself, remembering the bad ass (albeit now Zen) mofo you are. The survival instinct kicks in and you start living instead of just bobbing the surface. 

You bat off all the outside influences who try to tear you down, keep you down. You fight the mind bully and say 'Fuck this, enough is enough'. 

The only way is up from the dark abyss you found yourself in. 

This is a mix of uplifting, euphoric, hard and tech trance with a cheeky tribal house/techy old skool tune to end on. I put it in as its  a fave of mine and the drums give me LIFE! I lose the plot when I hear this being played. It reminds me of the sun coming out after it has rained. Brighter days ahead!

Hi everyone, myself and EddieSwales played a b2b set for the first time in Clock Factory Bristol. We was asked to open the night with a progressive set so we decided to play classics then changed it up to a few uplifting modern tracks towards the end playing to a really good crowd that were up for a good night, it went down really well. Trance Classics Mix 17.12.2024

This is the first installment of a series of Gatecrasher inspired Classic Trance mixes. Gatecrasher to me personally marked the beginning of a long journey into the very deepest echelons of the genre of Dance music. 
From listening to one of my mates' CD compilations through one earphone that I was sharing of his, I was hooked on this new kind of sound I had never heard before. After hearing this I then was made aware that this was a new movement of House and Trance music, and so I had to immerse myself in the best club experience, that I have still to this day, experienced in my life. There really is no way of being able to recreate those days in the Republic, other than gaining pure nostalgia from the treasured tracks that still stand strong today. I hope you enjoy this 2 hours plus and the future Gatecrasher Experiences mixes I will be recording.

Trance Euphoria 00's

My musical journey started back in the late 90's, i was flat out into trance, spinning vinyl and burning up the wheels of steel. I spent my mid to late twenties in London when funky house music was alive and thumping. I got to play at some wicked bars and sweat dripping house parties with some incredible people. Now days, it's spinning tunes across multiple genres. Whilst trance is still right up there, I've spread my wings into progressive trance, tech house, techno, jive / disco / funky / groove / progressive house.  Love a dark dirty solid bass beat ranging between 120bpm through to 145bpm. That's the sweet spot 🤙Now living in New Zealand and always up for a gig with like minded people!
