Neulife Music was birthed over 20 years ago when two uniquely gifted individuals met through a mutual friend. Salah one half of the Neulife Music machine is a very talented singer, songwriter, & recording artist. 
Eric the other half of Neulife provides the fuel through his writing, composing & engineering talents.  Together they have created a sound that continues to re-invent itself pushing the walls of traditional music out 
of the box while speaking life into your soul to inspires change. Neulife Music has recorded and produced music under major record labels such as Arista Records, Atlantic Records & Island Black Music. They 
have also recorded, produced and released music through independent record labels such as Tate Music Group, Armstrong Interactive & Crosstrack Records with world wide distribution through Central South 
Distribution. Neulife Music artists have been featured in print & internet publications such as Voice magazine, Music Connection, CD Baby & UGA Magazine just to name a few, along with TV appearances on 
BET's Rap City, 1801 & The Rockefeller Plaza Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Neulife Music has collaborated with the production team The Newton Twins (Lauryn Hills "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill") & 
Rich Harrison (Beyonce's "Crazy in Love") among others.
Today Neulife Music has grown into a multifaceted production team that not only produces recording artists but have also ventured out into the commercial field which include but not limited to jingles, television 
& feature films. 


RiCh is a California‑born, DMV‑based artist, producer, and founder of HardHead Records, a management and production company built on resilience, unity, and creative excellence. Raised in Riverside and Moreno Valley, he discovered music early through a family of musicians, using hip hop as the outlet that transformed his life.

After relocating to Seattle, RiCh immersed himself in the culture and began shaping his own sound — a blend of vivid storytelling, addictive melodies, and sharp production instincts. His work reflects the turbulence of his past and the discipline of his evolution.

In 2003, he launched HardHead Records in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, developing it into a trusted network for bold projects and emerging talent. Today, RiCh is focused on building a movement within the DMV: a unified community of artists committed to authenticity, collaboration, and legacy.
