So the background to this track prob needs some explaining. I feel that it's different from anything I've done thus far. A bit Avicii sounding, if I might say so.. I heard all of the melodies in my head, except the arp at the end. I really liked the arp, so I kept it, but wanted to go with my gut and use the melodies that came to me. If my mind came upon these melodies organically, hopefully your minds can except them with that much more ease! I hope you like :)

His DJ Style merges a weave of drawn out layered teachy bass lines with a catchy averling minimal and deep house groove for the dancefloor. His energy to his club performances, partly due to time spent looking for the newest music around, as well as a consistent quality in his track collection. Earlier influences of funk and soul bring a certain swing to his crisp tech-house sets.

Sasse’s now 20 year strong Moodmusic is proud to present the first in a brand new mix compilation series from one of its close friends, Ed Ed. Featuring an exclusive selection of 16 tracks, the Berlin based German has overseen every stage of the Eclectic 01 project and as such it is a very personal one that has been carefully nurtured from start to finish.
Ed Ed is Edmond Weinfeld, a producer and DJ of 20 years who has released his moody house wares on labels like DFTD and Noir as well, of course, as on Moodmusic, where he has released originals and remixes to great acclaim. This project has been his own little baby as he has unearthed and signed all the tracks himself. Inspired by his own cultured DJ sets, the mix plays out like a series of stories for the dance floor and finds him pulling together refreshing new tracks from exciting names in both Berlin and further afield around Europe.
Mixing up both newcomers with more established name like Kiki and David Keno, the sounds range from long and haunting tracks full of atmosphere via glistening electronica and deep, heady techno. Starting deep and direct, with a rolling drum and smart claps - welcome again Betoko on Einmusika. With “Foreverness“ he is bringing the big floor sound full of emotions and uplifting elements. The main track is giving us some light for the dancefloor with endless soundscapes and a kind of live feeling. “Angels“ is starting with bleeping sounds till the dark vibes coming in. You can’t decide if the sun is rising or going down - the track is full off different lights. “Angels are falling“ - the voice is based in the background, but you will not forget it. SUMMIT SESSIONS NOW AIRS MONTHLY!

In 2011 Brian Bacchus started Summit Sessions at the request of a friend for a monthly mix.  At the time the show circulated around just a few dozen people at best.

Fast forward to 2017 and the show had grown to a 2 hour long weekly spot, syndicated across multiple great internet radio stations.  Through internet broadcasts, this profile, RSS, and other social media, Summit Sessions reached out to more than 300,000 listeners per week in over 200 countries!

Beginning in 2018, Summit Sessions returned to airing monthly to an entirely on-demand audience (SoundCloud, MixCloud, iTunes, etc.).  

The success of the show can be attributed to the incredible quality of the guests- both Brian's local St. Louis friends to international touring household names- Summit Sessions is always about delivering exceptional, meaningful music.

Of course, this didn't all begin in 2011.  Brian has been DJing since 1999 with residences at large venues in San Francisco, the UK, Omaha, and Las Vegas.
