Lieblingsstück: wie würdest Du Dein Genre und Stil beschreiben?

CHRIS  ♫ : Eine dieser Fragen, die man oft stundenlang diskutiert mit Freunden, morgens auf dem Heimweg vom Club oder im Studio. Ich will hier gar nicht die große Genre-Keule schwingen, da ich mich mit Schubladendenken nicht zurecht finden. man könnte es auf melodiösen Techno mit progressiven Einflüssen nennen und trifft es doch nicht recht. Kurz um ich nenne es gute Musik oder WhatWeLike

LieblingSstück: Wie lange machst Du Musik?

CHRIS  ♫ : Puh, darüber habe ich schon lange nicht mehr nachgedacht. was sicher daran liegt das ich als Kind schon mit Schallplatten aufgewachsen bin. Papa brachte immer neues Zeug mit nach Hause. Mit ihm habe ich auch meine ersten Mixtapes zusammengestellt. 1993 ging es dann los, ich verzichtetet auf einen gemeinsamen Familienurlaub und bekam dafür meine ersten 1210er. An meine erste selbstgekaufte Platte im Hardwax Berlin erinnere ich mich auch noch, Mike Ink., eine Hartcorde Platte und sie war lila durchsichtig. Wahnsinnsteil. Manchmal krame ich das alte Zeug noch raus und höre mich so durch alte Bunker-Zeiten. Heute gibt es ja fast alles nur noch digital.

LieblingSstück: Was gibt Dir persönlich die Musik?

CHRIS  ♫ : Das kann ich wahrscheinlich wirklich nicht in Worte fassen. Ich habe eine ziemlich große Sammlung auch anderer Musik. Ein Freund meinte mal zu mir: "Du hast auch für jede Lebenssituation, den richtigen Track" Wenn meiner Frau die eine Hälfte des Herzens gehört, dann der Musik die andere . ♡ Ohne eines von beidem geht es nicht!

German born and native Brian Laruso is steadily forging his reputation as DJ, producer and artist with an exceptional taste to detail, integrity and execution. Currently based in Ibiza Spain his unique musical visions create special dance floor moments, whether it’s through his DJ sets that take audiences on a real journey or through his weekly radio shows and playlists.
Not one for trends or music fashions Brian Laruso’s understanding of music and people is key in all his sets. Building an increasing and loyal fanbase Laruso is well versed in the art of entertaining the more discerning dance music scene. Layering sounds to help set the mood for long journeys in sets that explore the depths and boundaries of creativity.
Having already featured on the likes of Magic Islands and Black Hole Recordings, Laruso’s growth reached greater levels. If you would pick one track that stands out, you wouldn’t go around his impeccable collaboration with Roger Shah called ‘Higher Than The Sun’ featuring the talented JES on Black Hole Recordings.
In 2005 he formed a project called Global Experience with his friend Roger Shah. Overall Laruso has reached nearly 2 Million streams on Spotify and is constantly growing.
