This 45 minute rhythmic breath journey is a psychedelic experience, without substances, using nothing but the innate intelligence of your own body. Through a guided two-part inhale and soft sighing exhale, you'll be led into expanded states of consciousness where emotion, memory, and energy rise to the surface for release and renewal.

Here, the breath becomes medicine. You may feel waves of sensation, tingling, temperature shifts, or emotion moving through you. All of it is welcome. The practice is designed to help you shed stored tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with your deepest self, the part of you that exists beneath the noise of thought and the weight of conditioning.

This is not about control, it's about surrender. The breath will guide you to the places within that are ready to be seen, softened and cleared. As you breathe, you'll be supported in a safe and grounded environment-invited to let go, feel deeply, and allow transformation to unfold naturally.
