Fitness Forever is an Italian indie pop band formed in Naples in 2007, led by Carlos Valderrama. Their music is like a journey through time, blending Italian pop from the 60s and 70s with touches of bossa nova, disco, and lounge music, creating something that sounds retro yet fresh. Throughout their career, they have released several albums that explore different styles within pop, but they always maintain that retro-modern vibe that makes them unique in the European indie scene.
