This is a song I threw together on the bass and keys, and my friend Tez put down the guitar. I really like the result. He's a very talented musician, who knows how to add dynamic energy to any song. Originally, I conceived this as a funk tune, but it got less funky and more straightforward as I worked it. Hope you enjoy our efforts.

This is the 7th song posted from the album I have been working on using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic! I can't believe how fast time has passed and how long we have been working on this project. 4 songs from the album are based on a graphic novel that Wou-Wou had started before the pandemic began. The rest of the songs are reflections of the weird times we were living in.

Big thanks to Wou Wou, Bit-zone, and Stricknice for still being here after all these years. I have known and worked with people on SoundCloud probably longer than I have known high school friends, college friends, and friends from various jobs. Huge thanks to Guitar Wizards of the Future. Years ago I saw this artist perform at the Hard Rock In New Orleans.
Keb Mo, just him and his guitar.  Wow, I was hooked , obtained his CDs and wore them out.  I had to learn a few of his songs.  This is a short version of this great tune.  Just acoustic guitar with a few lick.  Singing and Picking

I grew up listening to country music along with early Rock & Roll. Chuck
Berry was nicknamed "Father of Rock & Roll.  With such songs as
Maybellene, Roll Over Beethoven, Rock & Roll Music and Johnny B. Goode he topped the charts in the 1950's.  Every guitar player of my
generation played or tried to play Johnny B Goode.  He died March 18, 2017. No one does it like Chuck Berry, so I decided to do my version of Nadine as a tribute to the man.  Thanks
