From my upcoming album, Return to Aloha. This is a reprise of the bar theme from the very first Aloha album. I wanted it to sound like one of those crazy/fun 80s party songs. It took forever to find an organ to fit that sound... but it was worth it!

Syntheck

Miles was a young, aspiring musician. Everything would appear to be going well for him, until one night... after a good show and having raised money for charity, Miles was tearing down his setup as usual and, as if on cue, a lightning bolt strikes very nearby as he's disconnecting the amps from the power supply. Miles collapsed on the ground after receiving a nasty jolt. He awakens. Miles is told how lucky he is to be alive. Unfortunately some of the damage was so deep that parts of his body needed to be bionically augmented, including even parts of his head. From this point on, he decides to embrace his new self and creates a new identity, the world will now know him as Syntheck. 

Over time, Syntheck has grown accustomed to the bionic implants, and has even added in a few of his own. Integrated multi-engine synthesizer which can produce almost any kind of sound, Special cassette deck in chest that can read and write digital and analog audio data, Built-in stereo bass reflex speakers in upper back for outputting internally generated and stored sounds, eye candy color LED display visor which can display high resolution visualizations, and best friend mecha dog Juno who can be called into battle as an assist.


Saywhat

A cartoon (almost Rare-like) parrot, with the colors of a ring-necked parakeet.Wears a pirate hat and an eyepatch. One leg is painted to look wooden.

They used to belong to a "legendary pirate" (that's as much as they'll say) who raised them. Now they live freely, hopping from port to port, pirate ship to pirate ship, cheering up (or head-butting with) smaller pirate crews. They're loud and cheerful, but not good at listening or interpreting context clues. They're always ready for telling stories, singing chanties, or taking and giving headpats, but asking for their name may result in a screaming match. Deep down they're aware of being a fighting game character, and that reflects on their fighting style: some aerial moves look similar to those of Smash Bros. characters, and they can (very occasionally) pixelize and briefly become invulnerable as a defense.
