The Moonshinecrooks are an underground hip-hop group from Port Saint Lucie, Florida, known for their raw, DIY approach to music. Emerging in the late 1990s, they gained recognition with their debut album, The Bootleg, released on April 9, 2009, through Sniper Click.  ￼ ￼

Their sound is characterized by gritty, unpolished production and a commitment to authenticity, drawing inspiration from groups like Wu-Tang Clan, Redman, and Hieroglyphics. The group emphasizes a “no gimmicks” philosophy, focusing on real lyrics and freestyles. They often utilize unconventional recording methods, including sampling and using various equipment to achieve their desired sound.

Moonshinecrooks have maintained a strong underground presence, releasing tracks such as “You Know Me,” “I Do It,” and “Way of Life” through platforms like DistroKid.  Their music continues to resonate with fans who appreciate their authentic and unfiltered approach to hip-hop.

Since 2010, Michael Casado has established his music career under the duo “Casado & Daif” and successfully broke through immediately thereafter with the remixes of “Edward Maya – Stereo Love” and “September – Mikrofonkåt“, the latter which stayed at #1 for over 11 weeks on the Swedish Dance Chart.

Since then Michael Casado has been sought out to remix the works of artists like Rihanna, September, K-System, Star Pilots, Taio Cruz and Edward Maya.

Michael is also known for the mash-ups he has produced, the most talked about being a combination of Swedish House Mafias “One” and Septembers “Mikrofonkåt” – two of the hottest tracks in Sweden during 2011.

You have heard him on Radioseven before with his show called “Social Intercourse“. Now he is back with more energy than ever, it’s BAM! WEEKEND and broadcasted on the fourth Friday in the month at 23:00 CET.
