A pair of producers with their own unique and individual sonic footprints who together have created an aural voyage that lifts their respective sounds to new levels.

The nature sounds and floating ambient of Minimal Drone GRL are transported to a fresh world by the expert mood building and immersive atmospherics of Belial Pelegrim. Both artists are known for their ear to detail and intricate musicianship. When those skills are combined, it makes for something truly special. On this collaboration, both artists are in their element and breathe new life into familiar territory and in the process have created a cinematic, and at times orchestral, masterpiece.

Six tracks of transcendent, ambient odysseys that are underpinned by ascending synths, dramatic strings, textured field recordings and shamanic soundscapes.

Minimal Drone GRL and Belial Pelegrim - Black Sand and Seahorses (from the "MoaC" EP)

Minerva has been a predominant part of Bricolage since the early years, contributing tracks for various compilations whilst also working on collaborations and remixes for the label throughout its history.

Now in 2022, the Hungarian based producer is finally ready to release her first standalone release on Bricolage. "Filótimo" pays homage to her Greek heritage and translates as 'sense of honour'.

This debut EP is comprised of two club ready techno tracks (Írida and Elpída) that have their influences firmly rooted in both the UK and Detroit scenes. A mixture of rolling rhythms, sleek melodic work and hypnotising sound design. The opening track (Meráki) is an intergalactic flavoured experiment that slowly comes to life before exploding into a hammering slab of percussion and acidic mayhem. The closing track (Chalára) is a more stripped back and downtempo ambient affair. A modular escapade full of fluttering notes and reflective synth lines to close out the release.

Almost a full year after "Bangers and Mash" it seems Steve Hadfield is finally ready to serve up dessert...

"Rhubarb and Custard" takes the recipe for last years chaotic EP and decides to lump even more spoonfuls of havoc into the mix.

This latest release from the Leeds based producer cranks up the tempo in more ways than one. Drill n bass, industrial and braindance ethos all collide into each other for one huge maelstrom of percussion heavy electronics.

"Cinema Roll" is the calm before the storm, luring you into a false sense of security with its spacey bleeps and unthreatening tones before diverting into an outro of abrasive noise that put a marker down for the rest of the EP. From here on in it gets wild. Gone are the gleeful elements from the "Bangers and Mash" release, replaced with much darker, almost mad scientist type, tones. "Palate Cleanser" and "Petits 4/4's" both offer some intermittent respite and a slightly more playful mood before we return each time to full throttle madness, dense low ends and frenzied percussive assaults.

Sometimes we all go a little crazy. "Rhubarb and Custard" is a fresh batch of bedlam from the warped side of Steve Hadfield.

After a four and a half year hiatus from production, the Glasgow duo, 'futurendeavours' return to Bricolage with aplomb.

Laying down three energetic tracks packed full of all manners of rhythmic flavours with wild twists and turns. House, techno, electro and breaks are all fused into a melange of rugged beats, catchy hooks and hypnotic low end.

Their love for sampling is evident throughout with chopped vocals and skewered drum loops adding extra colours to the already bright and busy dancefloor emissions.

The three tracks on Dintje are inspired in part by the duos research into the "Dancing Plague of 1518" where 50-400 people reportedly danced non stop for weeks on end.

"We wanted to put together something purely danceable but also something that has that little bit of insanity to go alongside it. Something that's almost tipping over the edge but not quite. Sounds that won't sit still. Sounds that are like flailing limbs."
