Today is the release of a song pretty close to my heart, 'Lost'. 
This song was written from a time in my life where hospitals became home, life support beeps were a normal frequency and sickness terminology grew to be my second language. My little sister was born three years ago, but she only stayed with us for 7 weeks after being diagnosed with Spina Bifida. 
Her death left a deep void. I'd planned on having a sister, to watch her grow into my companion and friend.  
So here is a piece of my heart that I hope you will grow to appreciate just as I have. I present you with 'Lost' - Available now on iTunes, Spotify, and Apple Music.

Briel is a 21-year-old alternative pop singer-songwriter from the small town of Enumclaw, Washington. In December 2016, she signed a recording contract with HoBG Records, an independent label out of Seattle started by the accomplished and recognized Phillip Peterson. 
     She has been writing songs and making music since she was 12, and is excited to have her music reach more fans. She is inspired by artists such as Lana Del Rey, Broods, Banks, London Grammar, and Tori Kelly. Briel's goal is to truly touch lives with her music.
     In 2015, Briel released her first EP Briel, with her first single "Perfect Nightmare" getting rave regional reviews, making her one of the featured artists on ReverbNation. Last year she released her second EP Poison followed by five new singles, as well as putting out her first official video for the title track (see above).  She is currently collaborating with other artists and loves working with such talented individuals.

House of Breaking Glass is a new Seattle-based record label and production company founded by Grammy nominated and award winning composer, orchestrator, and producer Phillip A. Peterson.
