Playing around with the original «Techno Percussion» track that was released years ago but sadly removed from all streaming platforms in September. Mixed with a new track «Sequence 1». This whole «Sequence» series uses a Moog Subharmonicon as it’s main driving force. The funky sequenced bass is a Korg MS 2000r. Mp3 file here. Moves along at 128 bpm. Traktor remix.

Unmastered remix of "Conspiracy of Silence" track. Original version sounds way different. Only sample used was my voice saying "Conspiracy of Silence".

88_ Lost Art Dance Inspirations - released on 22 September 2025

I was at the Lost Art Festival Vol. 3 in Berlin on 13 September 2025. Light and sound installations and performances were shown in a soon-to-be-abandoned industrial facility. Music acts were also there, of course.
The only dance performance I attended was at the very end of the festival and didn't really impress me at first. But that changed! #ambient #contemplative #jazz #minimal #only5elements #liverecording

Lost Art Dance Inspirations

They bend beneath the grammar of shapes,

A bit of an odd one for me and a bit experimental, but was really fun making it. Why not make a track about the European electric grid? Could it perhaps be the first ever song made about that? Irish fiddle meets German violin

Made 3 years ago. Decided to divide the complete 14 min mix into 2 parts, hence the title «System part I». Also made an alternative mix ca 12 minutes (“better mix”). The usual sounds with more vox samples and prophetic words courtesy of Climate Scientist Will Steffen. The driving rhythmic force here is from a Roland D2 groovebox (orange thing).

System part I

Brillman has been an electronic online musician during the last 20 years using many different names: Brillman, Controlfreak, freakcontrol, Red Karma, Atmosphere, Zero Loop, Pan64, Randomcontrol, geometric delay and Superfreak! Brillman mainly creates original sounds from hardware synths but also uses guitar, samplers, vocals or even poetry. He primarily utilizes a 4 to the floor approach. The aesthetics behind the music is about finding a balance between minimalism vs. depth & improvisation vs. programmed.
