Send Me Anthrax In The Mail

A cover of the Misfits classic recorded for the soundtrack to the student film Satanic Panic! (a hallucinogenic tale of Fargoans accusing each other of occult dalliances and snowball fights with the devil, who learn in the end that human evil needs no supernatural assistance). It includes a cameo of Venus in Furs performing the song as fictional band Vertigo in Flames (the gear said "ViF" on it, so named choice was limited).  

Included on the Radio Sessions Volume 3 compilation as, while not technically performed on the radio, it was recorded at the Modern Rock Worldwide studios and engineered by Ken Bartz. It was performed mostly live in the studio in the same manner as our radio performances there, with the added benefit of being able to perfect the mix further and provide a few overdubs. The song turned out very well and most of what is used is from the live take. The only exception is the clean electric guitars in the intro and first verse. They were lacking in tone due to the amps and effects being prepared primarily for the distorted section, and the guitars in that section were re-recorded with an acoustic guitar and a clean 12-string electric.
