"Squad baby Ty" born Tyrell Desean Rascoe March 21st 2003 in Indianapolis Indiana,  Squadbaby new very early he was born to entertain. At the tender age of 9 he wrote his first rap song a political campaign song for President Barack Obama, and began performing his lyrics at events around town with his grandmother, who sings and plays piano. Squadbaby recorded his first song at age 11 with his neighborhood friend  a song titled "Ballin" and they formed a rap duo they called BWT.

 Squadbaby lives in Indianapolis with his mom, but spends part of the year with his music promoter father in Las Vegas. He made a deal with his dad who was reluctant at first, that if he could write, arrange, and memorize a song from scratch he would take him to the studio to record it, HYPE HYPE was born!!!
