Norwegian Hardanger fiddle music with authority, power and nuance. 

Britt Pernille Frøholm is considered one of the finest Hardanger fiddle players in Norway. She is a versatile musician who has released several critically acclaimed albums in multiple genres, from traditional folk music to free improvisation with jazz musicians.

In 2014 Frøholm was named Norwegian Champion at the National Championship Landsfestivalen i Gammaldans.

She is a founding member of the groups MAAR, North Pole Experience, and BOREAS, and a member of Friensemblet in addition to her solo projects.
