Hello everyone! I'm presenting to you "Tales of El'Azar" a project of mine based on the same novel. It's a set of ambient & orchestral compositions that follow the story of Ulenth, the Mists traveler, as he arrives in the fabled world of El' Azar and explores it. Two different parts compiled into one album coming straight from the time I experimented a lot with music. I hope you enjoy!

Hey,

I made this track on the OP-1 and then recorded it into ableton as I shot the video for a bit of post processing (compression, reverb). Skyward Sword is one of the most understated games in the franchise, and experimented with new control styles and a lot of things that ended up present in BOTW. This is my favorite song from the soundtrack. I had to rearrange it a bit to make it a little more loopable, but I think it still captures the original. I hope you do too.

Brock Hewitt is the founder of Stories in Sound Studios based near Toronto, Ontario. He is currently working out of Canada after interning at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions, which was an integral part of his development as an aspiring soundtrack composer in the early years. Brock focuses on creating powerful music that seeks to replicate the depths and intimacies of human stories and emotions. Each composition is hope-filled, story-driven and intentionally crafted. Some compositions are rooted in simplicity, harnessing raw, vulnerable beauty. Contrast that with impactful neoclassical, cinematic, and ambient works at the polar end of the Stories in Sound musical repertoire.
