Big Bells Records proudly welcomes a fresh yet deeply passionate talent to its roster with the debut EP Deva by Sashy.

Hailing originally from Kyiv and now based in Toronto, Sashy has been steeped in music her entire life. Her classical roots in piano and dance infuse her productions with a sense of grace and movement that is beautifully evident on Deva.

The title track, Deva, is a shining example of modern Progressive House done right: lush melodies cascade over a driving, uplifting groove that captures both the ethereal and the energetic sides of the dance floor. It's a track designed to transport listeners into a hypnotic state, with every layer unfolding like a story.

Adding a signature twist to the release, Big Bells Records' resident producer and one of Sri Lanka's brightest talents, UNIV3RSE (sL), steps in with a stunning remix.

UNIV3RSE (sL) reimagines Deva with deeper textures and a hypnotic flow, creating a version that balances dance floor power with introspective warmth.

Together, the original and the remix showcase Sashy's musical vision—uplifting, melodic, and crafted with a true artist's touch. With this debut, she firmly establishes herself as a name to watch in the Progressive House scene.

Their style of music includes; Deep House, Tech House, Techno and they always deliver something fresh and electrifying to the dance floor.

Their passion for mature underground music makes each set an audible pleasure. Their sound often flaunts deep driving baselines, topped with melodic grooves and beguiled vocals. Each set is a progressive journey, meticulously constructed and designed with intent.  

In the last two years, this duo has played alongside some of JHB's best DJ's in the underground music scene and have also been on the line up, as supporting acts, for big International artists, including; Bas Amro, Betoko, Filterheadz, Tiger Stripes & Geschwister Schumann.
