Vietnam’s leading underground imprint Sona Recording welcomes Eleven
Of July with Obliged, a high-impact single from the Italian artist whose
signature sound continues to evolve through subtle tension, stripped power,
and emotional design.
A longtime craftsman of hybrid sound architecture, Eleven Of July once again
proves his instinct for merging melodic and techno frameworks into a singular
experience. Obliged begins with a focused groove, steady, direct, and
minimal in structure, where each sound feels carefully measured. As the story
unfolds, a lead theme gradually emerges, guided by a sense of restraint
rather than urgency. Its entry is timed, not forced, and when it finally takes the
center, it does so with quiet authority.
The break acts as the narrative’s turning point: a clearing of space where
tension swells. Supported by a desperate pad and a rising melodic thread,

BrokenHearted continues its 2025 schedule with the arrival of YA:NZ and IZRAELL, who come together for their label debut, Passenger. Out September 19th, the release features two distinct cuts that highlight the duos shared commitment to late-night techno narratives and melodic intensity. Formed by Yoatzín Rodríguez and Antonio Padilla, Mexico City-based YA:NZ have been steadily carving their place in the melodic techno landscape.
