Broken Melody is a 5 pieces Melodic Heavy Metal band born in Alghero (Italy), on April 2006. The band has earned the mention as “3rd best innovative release” of the Year 2010 with the album Mirroring Identities, by the Brazilian webzine Whiplash.

Actually the band released the first official video-clip for the song “Dark and Light” from the album Mirroring Identities and finished the pre-production of the upcoming album. Broken Melody is also working on a constant promotional campaign and now, we count four active fan-clubs in the various parts of the World, such Tunisia, Brazil, Mexico and UK. The band also released in 2007 a first EP (If You Want to fly) and a first CD (Face the World) on digital stores, followed by the first official release in 2010 with the album “Mirroring Identities”, distributed worldwide by Warner/Chappell Music in partnership with Roadrunner Records (Netherlands).

Broken Melody born from a melting-pot of ideas and different styles of music. Every member comes with a particular background and put it into the band. What we get, is a particular style that exalt the power of heavy metal riffs with great vocal lines, catchy and killing choruses. During these years the band reached important targets with the music, touring in Italy and UK, getting five endorsements and earning very positive critics by the press and the public.

The next step for the career development is to realize a much defined path with a right label, expanding the worldwide fan-base with a real and positive music evolution, touring plans, improve the album sound production, expand the endorsements roster and give a more constant promotional support.
